Bill Wagy is the Equipment Manager for Granite Construction Company. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and an Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Bill has edited various professional journals and been a guest lecturer at Oregon State University and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He served on the Private Industry Council and the Interim WIB. Bill is currently active in the Santa Cruz Natural Gas Fuel Coalition and has been appointed to the Youth Council.
