Tonée Picard is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development for Bay Federal Credit Union where she is responsible for marketing, business development, partner development and community relations. Ms. Picard has over 15 years experience in management, marketing and business development. She has held executive level positions in the software industry and worked extensively on strategic planning and marketing effectiveness. Ms. Picard is a co-founder and past President of Lighthouse Venture Forum. She has lived in the Santa Cruz community for 20 years and is also involved in local economic development and is active in serving the community. She is on the Deans Advisory Committee for the Baskin School of Engineering at UCSC, the Santa Cruz County Workforce Investment Board, and on the governance board for 2nd Harvest Food Bank. Ms. Picard earned an MBA with High Honors from Golden Gate University.
