Carlos Palacios is the City Manager for City of Watsonville. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Albuquerque, New Mexico and a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University. Mr. Palacios has served on the Santa Cruz County Human Services Commission, the Latino Strategic Planning Collaborative, the Santa Cruz County Children’s Network, the United Way Community Assessment Project, the El Pajaro Community Development Corporation, and Salud Para La Gente. Carlos is currently serving as the Co-chairperson for Action Pajaro Valley.
