Mary McKenzie James is the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz. Mary attended Marr College in Scotland. She is a Past President of the Pacific Southwest Regional Council of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, the Housing and Development Law Institute. She is a member of the Santa Cruz County Housing Advisory Commission. After completing a year as President for the Housing and Development Law Institute, she is currently filling the position of Vice President.
