Robert Gelwicks is the Department of Rehabilitation Manager for Santa Cruz County. Robert graduated from San Francisco State University with a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation and has held positions with the Department of Rehabilitation as a counselor, supervisor and rehabilitation specialist.
