Russ Elliot is the Human Resources Manager at O'Neill Inc and Chair of the Career Center Committee. He has been in the
Human Resources field over 20 years and worked locally for Texas Instruments and Coast Commercial Bank. Russ earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from SUNY at Geneseo and
a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois. Russ has chaired the WIB's Career Center Committee since February 2005, Co Chaired
Connecting Local People to Local Jobs Campaign Steering Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors for the New Horizons School for homeless and transitional children.
