Jo Anne Dlott is the Vice President of Human Resources for the Seaside Company. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington, and has completed course work towards a Master of Arts in Organizational Development at Chapman College. Jo Anne has been a member of the Social Services Commission and the Private Industry Council. She currently serves on boards or committees for Schools Plus, Your Future is Our Business and the Second Harvest Governance Committee.
