Dave Hood is the Vice President and General Manager of First Alarm, a locally based security firm employing over 150 staff. Dave has lived in Santa Cruz County for over 15 years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Golden Gate University. He has held a variety of positions as a volunteer with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Dave brings his years of experience with recruitment, training and retention of employees to his role on the Workforce Investment Board and has a special interest in Santa Cruz County workforce development.
