Paul Arsenault is a Business Services Representative for the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 104. Paul is the designated representative of organized labor on the Workforce Investment Board and was nominated by the Monterey Bay Central Labor Council. A county resident for over 35 years, Paul attended Cabrillo College and San Jose State, majoring in Business Administration.
